I met Adam in Chicago in 2006 while we were both working in product development for national brands. For years, we each managed professional careers while helping family and friends decorate their homes and apartments on the side. The size of the projects started expanding from a quick living room refresh to a down-to-the-studs renovation. While we were both successful in our careers, a mutual friend pointed out we could be doing professionally what we had been doing for fun. With that, we conceived of PowerSmith Design and opened in 2015. We’re proud of our history of successful projects and happy clients.
